REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
At Bronxy Ladies Beauty Center we want you to be completely satisfied with every service and product you receive. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or credits may be issued for both our beauty services and any physical products purchased through our website.
2. Beauty Services — No Refund Policy
All beauty services rendered are non-refundable once completed. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please inform your therapist before leaving the salon or contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve your concern, which may include a complimentary correction appointment at our discretion.
3. Product Refunds — Unopened Items
Unopened cosmetic products and hair bundles in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form on our website with your order details and reason for return.
4. Product Refunds — Opened or Used Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any cosmetic, skincare, or hair product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging. This applies to all hair bundles, beauty tools, and personal care items.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Items must not have been used.
6. Cancelled Appointments
If you have prepaid for an appointment and cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. A credit note valid for 30 days may be offered at our discretion.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method where possible. In some cases a store credit or bank transfer may be arranged. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once your refund has been processed.
8. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are strictly non-refundable: completed beauty treatments, opened or used products, gift vouchers once redeemed, and promotional or discounted services.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. They are valid for the period stated on the voucher and cannot be extended once expired.
