SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview

Bronxy Ladies Beauty Center ships cosmetic products and hair bundles within the UAE. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
 

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
 

3. Shipping Within Abu Dhabi

Standard delivery within Abu Dhabi is available and typically takes 1–2 business days. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for select areas — contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability before placing your order.
 

4. Shipping Across the UAE

We ship to all emirates across the UAE. Delivery to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location and courier availability.
 

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders above a minimum spend — check our website or contact us for current promotions.

6. International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international shipping. All orders are limited to UAE delivery addresses only.
 

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or updates via WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.
 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.
 

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Re-delivery fees may apply in such cases. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
 

10. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back.
