1. General

By accessing or using the Bronxy Ladies Beauty Center website (bronxyladiessalon.com) or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
 

2. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone. Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message from our team. Bronxy Ladies Beauty Center reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion.
 

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to show up without notice, may result in a cancellation fee or loss of any deposit paid. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future bookings.
 

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that appointment.
 

5. Home Service

Home service appointments are subject to availability and location. A travel fee may apply depending on your area within Abu Dhabi. The client is responsible for ensuring a suitable, clean, and accessible space for the therapist to carry out the treatment safely.
 

6. Health & Safety

Clients are advised to inform our therapists of any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, or recent procedures before treatment begins. Bronxy Ladies Beauty Center will not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical or skin conditions. We follow strict hygiene protocols and use professional-grade products on all clients.
 

7. Children & Guests

For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that children not accompany clients during treatments unless they are receiving a service themselves. We reserve the right to refuse service in circumstances that compromise the safety or comfort of our staff or other clients.
 

8. Refunds

Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address your concern. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Bronxy Ladies Beauty Center and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
 

10. Changes to These Terms
